Dr. K had an early introduction to Naturopathic Medicine by her Mom, and found that the treatments and time spent with the Naturopathic Doctor created a safe, open and healing experience unlike any other.
She studied Kinesiology Pre-Health with Co-op option at the University of Waterloo where she had the opportunity to work as a Student Kinesiologist at BAPS Physiotherapy Clinic; a Restorative Care Assistant at SVNC Nursing Home; Fitness Centre Supervisor at Georgian College; and a Laboratory Technician for Anatomy and Physiology Labs/ Tutorials at Humber College.
Dr. K wanted to incorporate her love of science, sport and health, so went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was on the Sports Medicine shift and got additional training as a Naturopathic Doula.
